Aluminum Shell PTC Heating Element: Features automatic temperature control, no need for temperature regulation, low leakage current, safety and reliability, long lifespan, no need for air blowing, and a wide range of operating temperatures. Changes in operating voltage have minimal impact on surface temperature. Zhuohui's PTC aluminum shell heating plate uses an insulated wrapped PTC heating core as the inner core, with an outer aluminum shell formed by stamping. The operating voltage can be selected from 12V to 240V (both DC and AC are acceptable). The surface temperature of the aluminum shell can be designed between 70-300 degrees Celsius, making it suitable for various small household appliances and heating elements in the home appliance industry.
